Hitting or Pitching:

Individual Lesson (1/2 hour): $50.00

Individual Lessons “6-Pack Special”: $275.00
Six 1/2 Hour lessons: Hitting or Pitching (Must be used with in 6 mos. of  1st session).

Small Group Hitting Lessons (1 hour, 3 or 4 students): $100.00

 NOTE  IF YOU CANCEL A LESSON WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTIFICATION, YOU ARE STILL RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING THE FEE’S FOR THAT LESSON!

TEAM HITTING SESSIONS: (1 hour) – 8  Stations: “No Standing Around!”    $120.00 minimum charge

  1. One Hand Swings  (SoloHitter Station)
  2. Two Hand Flat Bat Swings ( SoloHitter Station)

  5. Short/Front Toss w/ ProKids Instructor
  6. Live Coach Pitching from behind L-Screen (you provide Coach)
  7. Machine Pitch Swings (optional if available)

$120.00 per 1 hour Session  (minimum charge), 14 players = $140.00 (max charge)

The PRO Pitcher Group Pitching Workout: (90 minutes)

  1. Warm up lap; goal is to raise body temperature 1 degree
  2. Team Stretch and Agilities; upper and lower body
  3. Stretch-Band “J-Band” workout; resistance exercises for strength
  4. Strength Drills; “Body Blade” Workout, Medicine Ball warm up, Weighted Ball Exercise, Trampoline Toss, Balance/Incline Boards
  5. Discussion about goals of each workout, progression and what release point and body mechanics should look like as a pitcher
  6. Throwing Drill #1; throwing baseball into target from knees, focusing on “arm action” (gradually increase distance)
  7. Throwing Drill #2; throwing baseball into target while standing on “Balance Board” or “Incline Board” stressing focus, balance and aggressiveness (gradually increase distance)
  8. Throwing Drill #3; throwing from appropriate pitching distance, focusing on explosive hips using various props to create balance, velocity and explosiveness.
  9. Throwing Drill #4; throwing from Stretch then Wind-up at various “spots” on target.
  10. Throwing Drill #5; throwing with various grips (ie. 2 seam/4seam fastball, change-up and safe curveball)
  11. Velocity Check Point; using Jugs Radar Gun to evaluate velocity vs. mechanics and effectiveness.
  12. Team Review and Cool Down
